I'm Kaitlin Murphy

23 years old.

CHP cadet wife.

I am a stay at home mom to my 2 year old daughter. 

Pregnant with Baby #2.

I coach volleyball from little babies of 7-8 to 18's.

I started playing volleyball in 7th grade and continued on to play up until my Senior year of high school when I tore my ACL, and had to have surgery to replace it. A few years after I got into coaching with Sunset Volleyball Club in Elk Grove Ca. 

Then assistant coaching at Elk Grove High School, and took over the middle school program at Joseph Kerr Middle School.

I met my husband in high school, started dating half way through our senior year, and have been stuck like glue ever since. 

We found out we were expecting our daughter in Feburary 2011 and she was born at 36 weeks October 2011. 

We were married September 2012, and almost exactly a year later he started his journey in the 27 week California Highway Patorl academy. 

August 2013 we found out we are expecting Baby #2 May 2014.

Although we have 7 weeks left of the academy, and a few hurdles to get to graduation and expecting a new baby in 10-15 weeks, I started this blog to document these huge milestones ahead of us, 

A cadet wife, to officer's Wife, mother of one to a mother of two,  moving , budgeting, volleyball, and life  in general.  Oh and throw in some crafts and how to's too!  

P.s . This blog is still a work in progress, I am new at this and trying to keep improving on it daily!
